The Aluminum Welding alloys can be used to weld aluminum at temperatures ranging between 180°C to 580°C. We can split them into two big groups:

1- Brazing alloys for aluminum
2- Soldering alloys for aluminum

BRAZING ALLOYS FOR ALUMINUM
weld that join the base metal ranging between 400°C to 640°C with a resistance higher than 28.000 PSI.
We offer 3 kinds of brazing alloys for aluminum:

A-SILVERING 19
Weld of excellent fluency, low meeting point 570°C, narrow range of melt and excellent resistance 34.000 PSI. Uses: refrigeration, air conditioning, coolers, radiators, Metallica carpentry in aluminum, such as furniture, frames, etc.

SILVERING AL 19 is inexpensive. We guarantee not to damage or deform de base metal. Taking less time to weld. Saving fuels and labor with a minimum of weld. The great fluency and capillarity forms narrow unions of less than 0,004”, making them cheaper. The resultant joints are in excellent conditions, pores free and good mechanical resistance, great elasticity on the joints; besides, doesn’t oxidize. It is ideal for the production on refrigeration and air conditioning due to its excellent quality.

NOTE: The product comes in rounded rods 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/18” and preformed rings for production. The FLUX AL is required for the aluminum.

B - SILVERING AL 68
Aluminum weld with built-in flux in the center of the rod, improving the application by reducing time since you don’t have to apply any flux.
Low melting point 583°C. Excellent elasticity and resistance 30.000 PSI.
NOTE: The product comes in rods of 1/8” each.

C - SILVERING AL
Conventional welds for aluminum type 4043. Good Resistance 31.000PSI. Melting point 590°C, low cost.

D – SILVERING AL-CU

SOLDERING ALLOY FOR ALUMINUM
welds joining the base metal at low temperature between 180° to 370°C with a resistance lower than 26.000 PSI.
We offer two excellent types of soldering for aluminum:

A - SILVERING AL.100
It is an excellent fluency and capillarity with low melting point of 370 °C and an excellent resistance of 26.000 PSI. It requires FLUX AL. 100.
NOTE: The product comes in rounded rods of 3/32” and 1/18”.

B - SILVERING AL.AG
It is an unique welding that fuses at the lower possible temperature 180°C (360°F), capable of joining almost every metal to aluminum, such as copper/aluminum, steel/aluminum or any other metal: zinc, tin, lead, bronze, cast iron, alpaca, monel, stainless, zamak, pewter, etc. It has an excellent resistance of 21.000 PSI. It requires FLUX AL. 50.
Presentation: rounded rods of 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”.
